Birth Gracefully Birthing Services was created from my passion for birth work, personal experiences as a mother, and commitment to improving maternal health—especially for Black families. After witnessing the gaps in birth care, I knew I had to do more to provide compassionate, culturally competent support. This business is also deeply personal because both of my daughters’ names start with Grace, symbolizing the strength and beauty of birth. Just as I honor them in my work, I honor every family I support, ensuring they are met with grace, dignity, and care. Through full spectrum doula services, lactation support, placenta encapsulation, I empower families to navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence. Birth Gracefully is more than a business—it’s a calling, a legacy, and a movement to make birth safer, more informed, and deeply supported. Let’s Birth Gracefully, Together.
Mission
Our mission is to provide compassionate, culturally competent, and holistic birth support to families, particularly in the Black community. Through full spectrum doula care, lactation support, placenta encapsulation, I strive to reduce birth disparities, improve maternal and infant health outcomes, and ensure every family feels informed, empowered, and respected throughout their birthing journey.
Vision
At Birth Gracefully Birthing Services, our vision is to create a world where every birthing person feels empowered, informed, and fully supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
We strive to reduce Black maternal and infant mortality rates by increasing access to compassionate, culturally competent, and evidence-based birth support. Our goal is for every family—regardless of background or birth plan—to have the knowledge, resources, and advocacy needed to experience a safe, respectful, and positive birth journey.
Through full spectrum doula care, lactation support, placenta encapsulation, we are committed to uplifting families, fostering informed decision-making, and honoring the sacred nature of birth.
